Private customers (B2C)

These terms and conditions apply to the shipment of goods ordered through this website's online shop and are valid for deliveries within Germany and to Austria. Shipping requests to other countries can be submitted to customer service in advance.

Orders over €100.00 qualify for free shipping within Germany and Austria. Orders below this amount incur a shipping fee of €6.95.

3.1 Procedure: The order is placed by adding items to the shopping cart, entering the delivery address, and completing the order by selecting the payment method. 3.2 Confirmation: After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. 3.3 Conclusion of Contract: The purchase contract is only concluded upon shipment of the goods or an explicit shipping confirmation. The contract language is German.

4.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed via external service providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). The available methods are displayed at checkout. 4.2 Klarna: Purchases on account are processed via Klarna Bank AB. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. 4.3 Refunds: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item via the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:


● Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

● Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (see engraving note).


End of the cancellation policy

The statutory warranty provisions apply. In addition, we offer a two-year guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee does not cover loss, theft, improper damage, or normal wear and tear.

The goods remain the property of TeNo GmbH until full payment has been received.

All prices are final consumer prices including the applicable statutory VAT, plus any shipping costs. The price valid at the time of ordering applies.

The contract text is not permanently stored by us. However, we will gladly send you the order details and terms and conditions by email upon request. You can also print your order details immediately after completing your order.

Orders via the online shop are exclusively for end consumers with delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence apply. Otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TeNo GmbH.

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
