We hope you are completely satisfied with your TeNo piece of jewelry.

The TeNo guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects that may occur during normal and proper use .

Should a defect occur, you can send your piece of jewelry in for inspection and repair . The assessment takes place in our in-house workshop , where each piece of jewelry is carefully examined.

The warranty applies exclusively to defects that are due to the workmanship or the materials used.

The warranty does not cover damage that is not due to a material or manufacturing defect. This includes, in particular:

  • Signs of wear and tear from normal use

  • Damage caused by improper handling or external influences

  • Bent or damaged chains, rings, bracelets or earring studs

  • broken stones or pieces of jewelry

  • Damage caused by impacts, pressure, chemicals or household appliances (e.g. washing machines)

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

Lost or stolen jewelry is also excluded. In these cases, unfortunately, no replacement or refund can be granted.

Without registration, the statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase applies.
